The Coaching Lab
A space for coaches to ask questions, share clips, and get direct, no-nonsense guidance from Dr. Romanov.
Explore, Ask, and Learn in Real Time
Inside the Lab, you can jump into discussions, upload clips to figure things out, and follow the breakdown of real coaching problems — all aimed at helping you think more clearly and coach with greater confidence.
Build Real Coaching Skill
Each discussion becomes part of a growing bank of practical insight — helping you develop a sharper coaching eye, make better decisions, and teach with clarity and confidence.
Share Clips to Figure Things Out
Post athlete videos not just for a review, but to actually work through what’s happening — what the movement shows, what principles apply, and what needs to change.
Ask Anything, Anytime
Log in whenever you want and bring whatever you’re dealing with — questions, problems, sticking points, unusual cases. If it’s happening in your coaching, this is the place to sort it out.
Work Through Real Situations
See how Dr. Romanov breaks down real coaching moments and understand how the same core principles guide every correction, no matter how complex the situation.
