How do I join this portal?

This portal is designed for credential holders and candidates to facilitate the management of their credentials, monitor renewal deadlines, pursue professional development opportunities, and establish connections with peers and mentors. Eligibility to join this portal requires being a current credential holder, possessing an expired credential, or intending to obtain a credential.

How much does an account cost on this portal?

All accounts are absolutely free. This is a member-only portal, so every account needs to go through an approval process. Start by creating an account and we'll take it from there. 

I lost my certificate, can I still join the community?

Yes! We can look up your information in our database. Simply create a new account and we'll take it from there. 

I have not renewed by credential since I got certified, how do I access the portal and join the community?

Every credential has a 5 year recertification cycle, so everything would depend on when you were certified. The first thing to do is to create your account here and we can assist you from there.  Click here to begin >

  • This platform is compatible with all modern browsers including Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Opera.
  • It is also compatible with all browsers used by the latest mobile devices (i.e., iOS and Android). When an older browser is detected, the user is automatically prompted to update their browser to experience our software the best way possible.
  • Our platform is a Google Cloud partner so we primarily use Google Cloud Platform servers as our third-party cloud storage and we do not host customer data on premises.
Google Cloud Platform is a leading cloud provider, and holds industry best security certifications, such as SOC2/3 and ISO27001, and provides encryption in transit and at rest, without any action required from customers. All servers are protected by biometric locks and round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance monitoring. Only authorized personnel have access to the data center. 24/7/365 onsite staff provides additional protection against unauthorized entry and security breaches.
